About "Winzip Registry Optimizer" - rest easy - that's an empty directory.  It must be an artifact of leechware that slipped through my net at some point and then got uninstalled later.  Unfortunately uninstallers don't always clean up after themselves the way they ought.

I regularly sweep my add/remove program list and uninstall anything that shouldn't oughta be there.

I was wondering what the heck you were talking about, LOL!
