A tiny problem...
« on: November 24, 2006, 02:50:17 PM »
....to give you a break from the biggies!

Hi! you all, my good and warm friends!

:wasntme: ...but my grand'son (9 years old) is a bit quick on the buttons at times... but that is his only flaw!!!  Ha! Ha!  :hysterical:
My problem is'nt a big one and could have gone unnoticed forever if I had'nt run a Highjackthis just out of sheer curiosity while I was doing a general clean-up and maintenance operation on my pc. I have noticed 2 entries there that I don't think should be there. I can't find any programs attached to it... but I did recognize the "miniclip" word and so know where it came from. I want to know if I can safely fix those 2 red ones with HJT since I cannot detect them with anything else, or should I look elsewhere first???

I did d/l  Spybot S & D and followed all instructions and am as clean as one can be. Boring clean!!!  I'm really becoming dull in my old age!!!  :hysterical:

So here's my HJT log:

Short answer ... you can fix any O16 item with HJT.  If a legitimate program needs an ActiveX, it will prompt you to reinstall it.
