Well, after 3 days of dead-ends, I decided to ask for some help.
So basically my computer has been running fine and stuff, running pretty smooth.
By the way, it's running on Windows XP Media Center Edition, SP2.
Back to the point: These past 3 days I have been using my IM program, but there is always a 5 second delay between each IM I send. And during those 5 seconds it's almost as if my computer freezes. Then it returns to normal.

I have tried scanning with my CA Anti-Virus, which has turned up with nothing. I have scanned with Ad-Aware and taken out Perflogger and Perfect Keylogger. I also made a google search and found out which files and processes to delete. But when I go into the registry I don't see the values that I'm supposed to delete. I have tried the LSP-fix, but it hasn't done anything. I have also tried de-fragging, but I also turn up empty handed.

I suspect that the Keylogger is still running, which explains the IM lag, but my IE works fine.
Can anyone help?

I just went to eat and then all of a sudden it stopped lagging, I dunno if it was leaving my internet on for half an hour to "recouperate" or something, but it definately is leaving me stumped. I'm still paranoid whether the problem is still there, just on standby for a second.

Hi, SamuraiHitok.

Since you haven't posted back since indicating that the IM programs stopped lagging, is your computer ok now?

Personally, I would absolutely, positively not recommend having myspace in the Trusted Zone.  Trojans are regularly dropped on that site.

BTW, if you do not know what http://www.t-worx.com/Portals/54/BrownbackVid.jpg is and wish to remove it, go to Start>Control Panel>Display Properties>Desktop>Customize Desktop> Web tab.

If you still need assistance, install an antivirus software and a firewall and post a fresh HijackThis log.
