always redirected to a different website, cant run any .exe

i cant run any website so i cant download any programs. what do i do? i cant run any exe. i have constant pop ups.

I have had a virus for a little while now, no scan i tried would pick it up. it would redirect me to random sites from time to time at google. I was seraching for a scan taht would pick it up. I clicked on one site and it redirected me to another site(i didnt notice this until it was to late) i scanned my computer...now i cannot access the internet or any .exe some help would be great. thank you. that will teach me to not mess with a virus half asleep. help!!

Hi, Brigden.  Welcome to LandzDown Forum.

This should help us get things started.  If you cannot get it from your computer, you will need to download it from a friend or family member's computer and transport it to your computer.

Please download exeHelper to your desktop.
  • Double-click on exeHelper.com to run the fix.
  • A black window should pop up, press any key to close once the fix is completed.
  • Post the contents of exehelperlog.txt (Will be created in the directory where you ran exeHelper.com, and should open at the end of the scan)
Note: If the window shows a message that says "Error deleting file", please re-run the program before posting a log - and post the two logs together (they will both be in the one file).

thank you for your help, i was able to get rid of it before i saw the reply. i restarted my com, and i always have msconfig appear when it starts. i was able to stop all .exe before it could run. then i ran spyware dr and such. i am no virus free. thank you for your help
