Do not install/re-install any programs or run any fixes or scanners that you have not been instructed to use. This may cause conflicts with the tools being used in the cleanup process.

In order to assist, it is necessary to see some logs. Since you have access to a working computer, please download the requested programs and transport them to the infected computer via external media, such as USB stick. You can find the tools needed for analysis in the
Log Posting Instructions topic. Please provide the requested logs as indicated there.
