How can update Spybot offline from another computer that has an updated Spybot and internet access?
What files can I move ?
or...
How can I convince a newly installed (but never updated) Spybot to run on my offline computer ?

Grrr
I must run a Spybot to get my HJT log looked at.
(AVG (unupdated) just keeps "Removing"  Downloader.Agent.uj   over and over again....and it's STILL offline)

Hi, Blue55.  Just go ahead and post your HJT log.  Old Long-time friends get special priviledges.  :rose:

In the meantime, I will ask Tashi if she has any suggestions for porting Spybot.

It might be best to download the definitions manually, transfer to media storage and upload to the other PC.

Detection updates 2007-02-07, direct download:

Hope that helps.

Yes, THANKS    :flowers:

Some pesky little bug changed the IP address but it's set back now and online.
It's hard to get to this computer sometimes but I've scanned it a bit today and (finally) posted the HJT.
(It's Still Buggy  :( )

Thanks again.

Hey this would be a great little reference info to have at the top of the HJT section.
There must be others (that want HJT help) that are offline sometimes.  Hmmmm ?
