I use Spybot S & D but do not use TeaTimer - but I think you will find - on your GUI (program interface) bottom left of the GUI "Tools"

Go Tools>Resident>Resident TeaTimer - You should then have the option to tick or un-tick Resident TeaTimer.

I think you have to re-start your computer for the change to take effect.

From How to Disable Real Time Monitoring Programs

Spybot S&D (Teatimer)

1. Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
2. If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
3. On the left hand side, Click on Tools
4. Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
5. Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
6. Restart your computer.
