Spysweeper - 2 same folders

Hello, I upgrade spysweeper to a new version 4.5. I noticed there are 2 spysweeper folders in my start menu (All Programs). Should I go ahead to delete one folder or just leave it alone? Thanks! hugs, Rose BTW I can't tell which one is old folder...

I am sure it would be ok but I always Recommend a fresh install .

Then if you want why not uninstall both and clear any leftover folders that may reman on your "C" Drive then reinstall just the new one.
Note if you have a ie: a quarantine folder remember to keep it.
