Try this,
1. Restart your computer.
2. When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment that is installed in your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed etc. At this point you should gently tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced Options menu.
3. Select the option for
Safe Mode With Networking using the arrow keys.
4. Then press enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode With Networking.
Your Virus Software will not scan in this mode so only go to the Malwarebytes link below.5. Do whatever tasks you require---> See if you can
download Malwarebytes and run it if you can and when you are done reboot to boot back into normal mode.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop from here
Malwarebytes.orgDouble Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to
Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select
"Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
• When the scan is complete,
click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Make sure that everything is
checked, and click Remove Selected.• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.
(See Extra Note)• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
