error message with mail

Hi!

Ever since I installed norton 360 the other day, my windows mail program was working ok for a day or so, but now I keep getting an error message 0x80004005. I cant send or receive mail..it wont even load what is in my inbox, but is loading all other folders I have within my email account :(

I tried to restore using restore point prior to install, didnt work.
Tried dos prompt of sfc /scannow - didnt work

I was going to uninstall and reinstall Nortons....would this help?

Before I go fiddling some more and stuffing things up more.....does anyone have any idea how to fix this??


I'm running vista home edition..

P.S Hi to everyone...been a while since I was here....all is well with us! Kids are now 5.5yrs  :thud: and going so well!!

Not sure if this should be a permanent solution, but, this could be something to try and see if it clears things up (if this is even an option in Norton 360).
