Hello, and happy new year!
My sister's son has an HP mini laptop and suddenly it cannot start up. It shows a screen with some f keys that suggest some test. When I click f4 this message appears: hard disk not exist. Also, no mouse sign is shown, and when I installed a usb external mouse nothing happened.
The laptop is new, and it worked fine till now. Should I buy a new hard disk or maybe something else causes the problem?
