Constant 4~5kbps traffic on my pc

i cannot locate the source of this 5 kbps traffic, both ways, from my pc. i have shut down all i know how, but it continues. Is there an easy way to figure this out?

Hi, Brett.  Welcome to LandzDown Forum.

It could very well be that you are seeing normal pings from your ISP.  However, let's take a look. 

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
  
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
  
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  
• Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
