Eons
« on: April 05, 2007, 07:59:52 PM »
Have you tried Eons?  I did, and I keep trying and trying and trying.  It is the most perplexing website that I have ever tried to navigate.  It seems so disorganized that I wonder how the inventor's other website, Monster.com, has become so well known and apparently succesful.

Am I missing something at Eons?    :help: :sos: :angrypc:

And the only way to terminate the account is by email to their help desk.  Fortunately, none of the information I provided when signing up was accurate.  All that was required was an email address, date of birth and zip code.
Got a "private message" to join another forum outside of Eons, which seemed strange, and a search for the member's name showed that there was no such member.  So it appears that the membership is being solicited by outsiders for some nefarious purpose.  Blocked the Eons cookie and as far as I can tell, there are no other tracking cookies or spyware on the machine.

In any case, I think Eons is a dud.
