ICS
« on: August 26, 2006, 10:19:41 AM »
I have 2 computers at home that are connected via an ethernet cross over cable.  One of them connects to the internet via an external USB modem.  I have just updated the computer with the modem and now I can setup the 2 computers via the cross over cable but when I enable the ICS I can't access the internet any more, I just get "page not found".

Does anyone know why that might be?

one thing to remember, set up the modem to work first, then run ics on only 1 pc; it assigns the ip address to the other.
