There are numerous IRC Clients.  Listed below are some of the more common clients:
1ChatZilla is an add-on that works with Mozilla Firefox, SeaMonkey and the Mozilla Suite.

2Trillian is primarily an instant message client.  However, it does include an IRC option.  There are Trillian versions for Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Web.
