Where do we formally section an area for those who are apt to sample the bubbly from time to time or
GR@PH>'S who tends to tip the Brandy at his convenience.

Awe, shucks, Easter.  The Pub is off limits here unless all posting for the day is completed.  Then, tip a few if you wish.  Of course, GR@PH;<'S has a permanent dispensation from any time or other limitations toward refilling his brandy glass.
