Helping people and hoping that we have shared some of what we've learned is why LandzDown Forum exists.  However, THIS makes it all worthwhile!

Not only have we helped many of the GW folks, we have been fortunate that we have made some good friends and many of the GW members come back just to visit here.

How very true Corrine! I am very happy to see you drop in at GW for a visit there too.
