Windows 2000 SP3 or later & .Net Framework 2.0 or laterHow to Use CoU IP Blocklist?Extract the content of CoU_IP_Blocklist_Updater.zip in any location in your computer. To start using the program, launch BlocklistUpdater.exe. The EULA will be displayed which you can save, agree or decline. Note: You can always review the EULA in the "About CoU IP Blocklist Updater". Configure the updater and start using.
