cqaigy,
have you removed the items that the scan found if not do not worry.
now do you have an AntiVirus program on your PC if not then one I recommend
is AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition
make sure that the program is upto date then do a full scan of your PC and remove any thing that is found
then please can you clear out your cache folder ie: temporary internet folder There are some free programs that you can use that will do that for you if needed like ;)
CCleaner
(Note in CCleaner: go to >options > advanced > Uncheck "Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours").
Then can you download HijackThis  choose "Save" and navigate to the folder where it´s saved and doubleclick upon it.
This is a complete installer that installs Hijackthis onto your computer to C:\Program Files\HijackThis and makes an entry in the start menu & allows you to have a shortcut on desktop
then Doubleclick the HJT icon on your desktop, hit "Do a system scan and save logfile". Save the logfile and a txt-file will be produced.. Copy that one and paste it here.

press Enter then have a Brandy then if the problem is still there have another Brandy
Q: does it work
A: It does seem to for a few hours at least.

Hi GR@PH;<'S,

Thanks for looking at my topic here!
I posted to the HijackThis Logs topic because my browser was acting a little sluggish.

http://www.landzdown.com/index.php?topic=22424.0

I'm running clamav for virus scanner and ATF-Cleaner to clean i.e. cache.  I mostly use FF and set it to delete cache on exit.  I've been looking at Opera too.  I think I'll be looking at CCleaner too, it looks pretty interesting.

I've learned quite abit from this forum so far, Thanks loads!!
