Free Bitdefender Anti-Ransom Tool released

Antivirus firm Bitdefender has released a free tool that can prevent computers from being infected with some of the most widespread file-encrypting ransomware programs: Locky, TeslaCrypt and CTB-Locker.

Bitdefender anti-ransomware deployed in a WindowsXP environment - users (thus far) are claiming ease of use. This would not include preventing or removing ransomware.
