I can do the same thing by having multiple home pages open with the browser on Windows 10 (and previous versions).
  • Microsoft Edge:  Settings > Open with > "A specific page or pages" > Custom.  From there click the Plus sign to add additional pages to launch with the browser.
  • Internet Explorer 11:  The easiest way is to have the pages already open that you want set as default to open with the browser.  Then go to Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Select "Use current".  Optionally, you can add additional URLs on a separate line.
  • Pale Moon or Firefox:  Have the pages open that you want set as default to open with the browser.  Select Tools > Options > General.  Under Startup, for the setting When Pale Moon starts, use the setting "Show my home page".  The URLs for the tabs that are open will show in the Home Page field. S elect Use Current Pages.
I don't/won't use Chrome so someone else can add the instructions for that.  :D
