Hmmmm, I have just downloaded the "Xerox WorkCentre 3215 Software Installer Package v3.12.38.3" using my chromium Edge browser 85.0.564.41 in Windows 10, from both of the links that I listed and I did not have any problems.  There is a little bit of a delay in getting to the page, but once I got to the proper page and clicked either "agree" or "accept" the Terms and Conditions the download immediately started in both cases.  When the first download finished a Xerox install screen came up ready to go.  Both of the downloads from either link came in at 241,156 KB (data from File Explorer).

Of course since I do not have a Xerox printer I will be deleting the two files.

So apparently something is blocking my download in the newest Edge.   No matter, I guess, since I got it another way.  Odd that the file size was different for you though.  I found the size via File Explorer as well.

I guess its comforting to know that you were able to download it, and it wasn't some kind of Edge security block.
