No. There was not such an option.

Since I don't have Group Policy Editor, I went to the registry: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System

and created this value setting it to 1: BlockDomainPicturePassword

Now the picture sign in option is available.

Yea!  Another problem solved.  Glad it worked.

Today, the option disappeared again.

Not a big deal, of course, but I will see if I can get it back. If I find something, I'll post here again.  :)
