Hello to the best forum in the whole Web!   :)

The question is: How do I remove or change the PIN I use for sign-in Windows?

I created a PIN when the option was still there in Sign-in Settings, and I sign-in Windows with that, instead of using the Microsoft account's password.

Now, the only option in Settings is Windows Hello PIN, and it is unavailable (see attachment).

I tried to add in the registry the following value, but nothing happens.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]
"AllowDomainPINLogon"=dword:00000001

Ideas?

You should be able to remove the pin by going to Accounts > Sign-in Options, illustrated here:  How to Remove Your PIN and Other Sign-In Options from Windows 10 (howtogeek.com).

Do you have a Microsoft Account set up?  If so, try selecting that option.

No remove/change option. In the previous attachment see what I have under the title Windows Hello PIN.

I can change my Microsoft account's password, but I don't want to use that when I sign in.

When I set the PIN, things were different. There was not a Windows Hello PIN. See the attachment below.

Have you tried the option to change your pin?  If that doesn't help, what about "I forgot my PIN"?  Using that option, you'll likely be prompted to provide your Microsoft Account password and, hopefully, then be given the option to create a new PIN.

Edit Note:  By the way, are you using your personal account or a business/work account?

I told you that this is the BEST Forum in the Web! 😄

I use a personal account.

BUT: for educational purposes I used a School account once, to try Microsoft TEAMS as a teacher.

For some reason, that account was shown as connected in the Access work or school settings. I disconnected the account and the PIN issue is now resolved (see attachment).

THANK YOU! 🙂

I'm glad it finally occurred to me to ask the right question!
