Need help installing Ricoh SP C250SF on WiFi on Windows 11 Pro PC

The PC and printer are both connected to the same WiFi network.

I tried to manually install the printer using the printer's IP address, but the PC can't find the printer.

I also tried to connect the printer via USB to the PC, but I couldn't get anywhere with that, either.

Also, what exact driver should I use?  Here are some Ricoh links for the printer:

I have no idea if this will help but a Bing search resulted in the following:

To install the Ricoh SP C250SF printer on your Windows 11 Pro PC, you can follow these steps:

1. Connect your printer to the same network as your PC.
2. Download and install the Device Software Manager from the Ricoh website.
3. Run the Device Software Manager and select your printer from the list of detected devices.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to download and install the appropriate driver for your Windows 11 Pro PC.
