Let's see if the Troubleshooter will fix the issue.

1.  Click Start > Settings > Update & Security
2.  Select Troubleshoot from the left-hand column
3.  Scroll down to the "Windows Store Apps" and run the troubleshooter.

Good morning. :)
Troubleshooting as well as resetting the Mail application didn't help.

What helped: Settings > Privacy > Email > Allow apps to access your email ON.
It was OFF before.

I uninstalled the cleaning tools and installed Unchecky.

Since you installed the latest version update, double-check that System Restore is turned on.

Take a look at the size of the recovery partition and see if thee is enough space available.
