Nearly 200,000 New Yorkers received a malicious text message from the hackers, containing details of a nonexistent transaction and encouraged people to reply and call an 888-number.

Update or Complete Download
Adobe Acrobat and Reader are being updated to version 25.001.20997. Updates should become available via the internal updater or checks can be manually activated by choosing Help/Check for Updates.
Reader DC and other versions are available here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Note: UNcheck any pre-checked additional options presented with the update. They are not part of the software update and are completely optional.

- This update includes a small set of general improvements and fixes that improve the overall experience for Insiders running this build on their PCs.
- This update is beginning to enable some more of the new features and improvements originally released with the October non-security preview update for Windows 11, version 24H2 and 25H2.
- The admin protection feature is temporarily disabled for Insiders in Canary. We appreciate your patience.
- Fixed an issue which could cause some Storage Spaces to become inaccessible or Storage Spaces Direct to fail when creating a storage cluster.

Last post by Corrine - December 09, 2025, 06:48:10 PMThe Microsoft December 2025 security updates have been released and consist of 56 new CVEs to Microsoft products and with third-party Chromium updates, the total CVEs is 70.
Of the Microsoft CVEs released, 3 are rated Critical and the rest are rated Important in severity. At the time of release, one is listed as being under active attack and two as publicly known.
The security updates apply to the following products, features and roles: Windows and Windows components, Office and Office Components, Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based), Exchange Server, Azure, Copilot, PowerShell, and Windows Defender.
Windows 11, version 23H2 (both Home and Pro editions) has reached end of servicing. The November 2025 monthly security update was the last update available for these editions.
Information regarding known issues with KBs included in the security updates can be found at the bottom of the page at December 2025 Security Updates - Release Notes - Security Update Guide - Microsoft.

The update includes thirteen security updates of which five (5) are rated critical and eight (8) rated moderate. The security updates can be reviewed here.
New features are included in the update. To review the new features, see the Release Notes.
Update: To get the update now, select "Help" from the Firefox menu and pick "About Firefox". Mac users need to select "About Firefox" from the Firefox menu. If you do not use the English language version, Fully Localized Versions are available for download.
