I noticed that  there is a McAfee LLC in my list of apps. i thought that I had McAfee completely cleaned out.

I saw that you called McAfee to assist you remove the program. From a quick look I took in your logs, it seems that several tools have been used during the remote procedure.

I'll repeat here the following, and please have it in mind while we are dealing with the cleaning procedure here:

Do not do anything if there is something you don't understand. Just ask me here.

Do not download anything, unless I ask you to do so.

Is that fine with you? Please, let me know, before we move on.

So, let's take it from the beginning:

1. FRST fix

Please do the following to run a FRST fix.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user. Running it on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

• Download the attached fixlist.txt (see at the end of my reply, the attached file has a clip icon beside it), and save it at the same place where FRST tool is. Right now, it's in your Downloads folder.
• Right-click on FRST64 in your Downloads folder, to run it as administrator. When the tool opens, click "yes" to the disclaimer.
  
• Press the Fix button once and wait.
  
• FRST will process fixlist.txt
  
• When finished, it will produce a log fixlog.txt in your Downloads folder.
  
• Post the log in your next reply.

The second bullet tells you what you do after downloading the fixlist.txt.
