Printer problem

First I want to say Happy New Year to everyone. I have Windows 10 & use Firefox. My printer is a Brother MFC-L2710DW & it has been great for me. For the past few weeks when I go to print  what I have ordered it prints horizontal & not vertical. I have not changed any of the settings as I do not know how to do that. How can I fix this problem & I am not good at this computer stuff so I am asking for help from you as you have always helped in the past.

Hi, Mary.  Happy New Year to you as well.

I found the following at justanswer.com:



• Right click the Start menu and select Run.
• Type Control and press Enter.
• Click Devices and Printers.
• Right click your printer and select Printer properties.
• Click Preferences.
• Change the orientation to Portrait.

Corrine, Sorry I have not said thank you sooner but I have been sick. As always your answer worked & now my printer is good. You & this site have been a life safer for someone who does not know the computer. Once again thanks.
