If you're trying to watch a replay (same url as above), don't give up too easily.
The video starts a few minutes before the performance, so there will be silence at first.

When 1:00 EST came and went, I started to wonder if it was actually going to happen and then the views of the city started showing.  At one point, there were over 3,333,000 million people tuned in!

Thanks Pete. I only got to see the last 3 minutes yesterday but I went this morning and was able to see the full video.
