It was learned today that Donna Buenaventura passed away unexpectedly on December 13, 2011.  Donna was a Microsoft MVP, awarded in Consumer Security, site owner of Calendar of Updates, Administrator or Moderator of a number of sites as well as long-time blogger.

Taken too young, but not forgotten.

For those who followed Donna, you may post your respects at Donna's SecurityFlash, In memory of Donna Buenaventura and/or CoU, ****Donna Buenaventura*****.

Gosh. I don't know how to begin.

I never had the pleasure to actually meet this remarkable woman who many have confused me with.  My interest in her knowledge began a few years ago when I came across an article she wrote about the MBAM Error 732 that I was researching not long after I had encountered the error myself.

:rose: Donna....you left your mark on a lot of people. I for one, and I'm sure many that never had the pleasure to meet you.

To your family and friends who loved you dearly, my deepest sympathies. May you rest in peace.
