How do I set up Palemoon so 'history' is NOT saved as a surf...but my favorites sites(cookies)
are not removed?
Seems if you under 'options'/history/'never remember history'..then cookies are not either and you have to log into all
my favs? make sense? :)
thank you

Tool > Options > Privacy > under History, select "Use custom setting for history".  Then, further down, check the box to "Clear history when Pale Moon closes."  Then select "Settings" and check the boxes for the history you want removed when Pale Moon closes.

Short answer ... no

The edit time was set to 5 minutes quite a while ago.  This was done to prevent editing of logs that were posted for review, to allow this could potentially lead to 'bad' fixes being suggested (for example, if the log were edited to add/delete new/old information while the instructions were being typed).  As this is a 'help forum', the administrators decided a 5 minute window was sufficient time for someone to re-read their post and make any edits necessary.  If the time limit is exceeded, there really isn't anything 'wrong' with adding the new or changed information in a subsequent post (and there is the added benefit of padding one's post count total  :) ).

Unfortunately the forum software presents an 'all or nothing' setting, so everything posted in any thread in any sub-forum has the same 5 minute time limit.

It is recommended that you preview your post before clicking the post button.  You can do so by clicking the "Preview" button at the bottom right, next to the "Post" button.
