Dev channel update to 81.0.410.1 is live

In addition to fixes and improvements, see the new features.

Added Features:

Added a keyboard shortcut to enter Immersive Reader mode.
Enabled support for cards saved in MSPay to be used in webpages.
Enabled Dolby Vision support for capable devices.
Added support on Mac for reading PDFs protected with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP).
Added a limit to the amount of text that can be added to an item in a Collection. Note that we are still measuring this limit and may adjust it in the future.

Dev channel update to 81.0.416.3 is live

Build 81.0.416.3 is expected to be the last build for major version 81, which means it will soon be released to the Beta channel.

The build has a long list of added features:

Added blue color to the account button in InPrivate windows as suggested by user feedback.
Added a tool on the Favorites management page to remove duplicate favorites.
Enabled Collections sync for all channels that currently have Collections available.
Added the ability to highlight text in PDFs.
Added support for web-optimized PDFs that download one page at a time as they're viewed.
Added a feature to Immersive Reader to focus on only one or a few lines at a time.
Added a dialog to inform users when an extension is disabled because it has the ability to change settings (new tab page, search provider, etc.)
Added a message when a user tries to use IE mode and Internet Explorer isn't installed.
Added support for syncing the "Sign in automatically" setting under edge://settings/passwords.
Added an option in edge://settings/profiles/multiProfileSettings to choose a default profile to use when opening links in external applications.
Added a management policy controlling the ability to import Top Sites from another browser.
Added a management policy controlling the ability to import Extensions from another browser.
Added a management policy controlling the ability to import Cookies from another browser.
Added a page to Settings to help users download Edge mobile.

Dev channel update to 82.0.425.3 is live.

This is the first Dev channel build for major version 82. See the link for links to blog posts about some of the improvements being worked on. In addition to changes and fixes, the build includes one new added feature:

Added a management policy to allow the deletion of browsing data from Edge Legacy when it's replaced by the installation of Edge's Stable channel.

Dev channel update to 82.0.432.3 is live

Along with fixes and improvements, the edge://surf game is now available for everyone to play just by going to edge://surf.

Added features:

Added the ability to put the Share button next to the address bar.
Added a management policy to disable the Share button.
Added the ability to hide the Home button by right-clicking it.
Added support for Windows Information Protection.
Added a management policy to control the automatic creation of on-premises work or school profiles (profiles with a DOMAIN\NAME format instead of a NAME@COMPANY.COM format).
Added extra security to the Payment info Settings page by requiring the OS-level password in order to edit or delete cards.
Added support for syncing the "Allow extensions from other stores" setting to other devices.

Added a service to suggest an address to try when a navigation to a website fails due to a typo in the address.

Dev channel update to 82.0.446.0 is live

Added features:

Added a capability to Guided Switch to ask to switch to a work or school profile when work or school content is being opened in a personal profile.
Added better drag and drop support for Collections.
Added support for more websites to properly add price and rating information to a product that's been added to a Collection.
Added support for the Native Window Occlusion management policy from upstream Chromium.
Added the option to the Manage Search Engines management policy to allow search provider discovery.
Added improved messaging to accounts that aren't able to sync to explain why they can't.
Enabled the new Fluent designs for webpage controls like the calendar picker or dropdown on Mac.

Dev channel update to 83.0.474.0 is live

Added features:

Added the ability to show which folder a favorite is in when you search for a favorite on the Favorites management page and then right click a result.
Added the ability to create a list of sites that are exempt from the deletion of cookies when the browser is configured to delete browsing data upon closing.
Added an option to use quieter website notifications that don't show unprompted popups.
Added a search box to the Mac Touchbar when there is only one tab open.

This is the Beta release candidate for major version 83.

Added the ability to select text and read aloud just the selection.
Added the ability to add nicknames to payment cards that are stored for easy differentiation.
