strange warnings from scotty

I keep getting strange warnings from Scotty for new startup programs, see picture. All is mentioned is a 10-digit number, different each time. Winpatrol doesn't seem to offer additional information. It's very annoying, could a virus be the problem? I have Commodo and Avast installed. I checked with ADWcleaner, Malwarebytes and JRT: nothing strange found.
