cell phone with security feature

so... there's really no "cell phone" area, so i thot i'd drop this off here...


well, i went to the phone store and go this new cell phone with security feature.

it only lets you dial 911 (the police...) after emptying the magazine...

Hm wolud have got one but then ya kind of put me of it as it only dials 911 and we over here need one that dials 999.

A: It does seem to for a few hours at least.
