Is TrendMicro Internet Security spoiling the work of SUPERAntiSpyware?

After recently getting rid of an infection, thanks to help found here, I started scanning with Malwarebytes software and
SUPERAntiSpyware. However, when I checked the log (for the first time) after a TrendMicro Internet Scan this morning, I discovered that all 40 incidents it claimed to have resolved were times when it "protected" my computer by preventing SUPERAntiSpyware from making system file modifications.

Here is a sample of the log entry. They were all the same.

"Log"   "Feb 19, 2010"   ""
"Time"   "Type"   "Sub Type"   "Detected Resource or Process ID"   "Infected File"   "Action Taken"   "Company ID"   "Types"   "Policy Violate"
"15:48"   ""   ""   ""   "C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE"   "Deny"   ""   "File I/O"   "System File Modification"
"15:48"   ""   ""   ""   "C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE"   "Deny"   ""   "File I/O"   "System File Modification"

It concerns me that by this denial of making unauthorized changes, my Internet Security software may be preventing SUPERAntiSpyware from doing what it has to do to be effective. In the case of Malwarebytes, a conflict with TM Int. Sec. was solved by entering the names of a few mbam files in some section of TM so that they would be accepted. In the case of SUPERAntiSpyware, I don't know what to enter there, or even if it is necessary. Could you please help me again?

SUPERAntiSpyware is not doing anything harmful to the system - Trend is detecting our interaction with our Kernel driver and incorrectly reporting it as a problem.

For what it's worth--Thanks to Corrine and hayc59. I just checked out this thread and realized I had made a mistaken assumption, so I have posted the following message on Nick's site:

Around the beginning of the year, Lanzdown helped me with a trojan problem and after that Corinne contacted you because I had a question about Superantispyware's possibly having a conflict with MBAM. This being a different site from Corinne's, I was expecting an email answer from you that never came. I figured that you thought my question was too stupid and I ought to know the answer, and I gave up.

Well, today I have had to beg Lanzdown to help me again with a trojan, and I happened to look at my old thread there about Superantispyware and discovered that you had answered me, on that thread. I never thought to check there at the time. I guess Corrine and someone else thanked you for me, and I, the seeming ingrate, wrote not a word. I am very sorry and want to thank you because the answer you gave is entirely satisfactory.
