Machine running a little slower than usual. Have tried the usual fixes to no avail.

Below is my HJT logfile - any unnescessary/bad processes or other signs you catch would be mightily appreciated.

Also, I'm definitely intermediate at spyware killing, so don't feel the need to post detailed instructions if I can find them elsewhere. Just give me the info to find it on Google, if you please.

HijackThis is not sufficient for log analysis these days.  Please provide the requested logs as indicated in the Log Posting Instructions topic.

In addition, because there are often people who self-help, even against the advice given, I provide complete instructions.

In your reply, please advise what "usual fixes" you have used and kindly don't make any additional changes so that there are no conflicts.
