error installing eset nod 32 v 6

hello,

trouble  installing eset nod32 v 6 on win 7 64. turned off win firewall, removed eset smart security and mse and turned off malwarebites. restarte pc a number of times and also turned off pc and turned on again. installing eset nod 6. error states pc not restarted after program uninstallation.

Try running the ESET removal tool, available here:  http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2289.  Restart the computer and then try installing NOD32 again.
