I had my computer into the shop for some new parts to be installed.  Well when they put in the new hard drive they took the old one out without telling me that was how they were going to do it.  I had assumed that I would have both Hard Drives and would be able to access the old one immediately.  I have a hard drive case ordered but in the mean time I need my Scotty!  Years ago, I just contacted Bill and he sent it to me.  Not sure how to go about getting in touch with the new person in charge?  Is there anyway to get that info or do I have to just tough it out until I can get my old HD installed as a storage unit?  Thanks for any help.

Try sending Bret an email, contact info here: https://www.winpatrol.com/about-us/

In the meanwhile, you could download the Free version and wait to upgrade to Plus until you get your key.

Yes have already done that.  Bleg, just trying to get everything  back and was hoping to have Scotty back to full force right away.  Oh well, it was worth a shot.  :Hammys pint:

I have four full versions and never received an account or an email. I printed the activation codes. Over the years with upgrades, they have all disappeared. I misplaced the printed activation codes.

techie, if you know what email address you had when you got the Plus accounts, Bret can retrieve the information for you.  Knowing you, you've had many addys over the years so you might need to list a bunch so he can track the codes down for you.  To add to the puzzle, he may find them under techie or your real name.

I know they were billed as my real name. I know which email address I used to register with. I printed the 4 separate activation codes from the web pages, but never received a email.

The printed pages were what I misplaced.
