I have just bought a laptop, doing checks etc.

I ran a belarc advisor says I need update KB2467173 (Microsoft Visual c++ 2010 Redistributable Package April 12 2011
When I ran Windows update states I am up to date.

In Programs I have Visual c++ 2010 version 10.0.30319 32 / 64 bit installed.

Acer Aspire ES 15
Windows 10 Home version 1703  Build 15063.483   64 Bit.

I have a tendency to just ignore Belarc Advisor and trust Windows update is correct.

Any advice will be very much appreciated.

I would ignore it too. I like Belarc Advisor and have it installed on all my systems but I don't worry about those errors because I firmly believe, especially with W10, that Windows Update is a refined feature. If you need this, WU will tell you.
