I've ran multiple anti-spyware/adware programs none of them can seem to get rid of this.

Hi, lordlitwicki. Welcome to LandzDown Forum.
Please follow the instructions in the following link for disabling real-time protection: http://www.landzdown.com/index.php?topic=422.0
Now, let's take care of the services first.
- Go to Start > Run and type in Services.msc then click OK
- Click the Extended tab.
- Scroll down until you find the service WINLOAD
- Click once on the service to highlight it.
- Click Stop
- Right-Click on the service.
- Click on 'Properties'
- Select the 'General' tab
- Click the Arrow-down tab on the right-hand side on the 'Start-up Type' box
- From the drop-down menu, click on 'Disabled'
- Click the 'Apply' tab, then click 'OK'
- Repeat the above steps for WINSVCMGR
- Press control-alt-delete to get into the task manager and end the following processes if they exist:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mousecrm.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\wmiprvse.exe
Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

Hi, lordlitwicki.
I'll take a closer look at your log tonight after work. In the meantime, please update SunJava, removing the old highly vulnerable versions. See the illustrated instructions in my blog post: http://securitygarden.blogspot.com/2006/09/sunflowers-and-sunjava-update.html .
K Updated to Java 6 let me know if ther eis anything else I should do.
Hi, lordlitwicki.
Since I'm not readily finding anything on the following item, I suggest you remove it with HijackThis as you did with the previous instructions. It is a "downloaded program file" so it can always be downloaded again if needed.

Otherwise your log, per se, looks good. I am concerned that I don't see a firewall showing up. Although it would appear by the 017 NameServer = 192.168.2.1 entry that you have a router. However, a software firewall should also be on your computer. The following are free firewalls:
Agnitum Outpost Firewall (http://www.agnitum.com/products/outpostfree/index.php)
Kerio Personal Firewall (http://www.kerio.com/kpf_download.html)
ZoneAlarm (http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp)
Please let me know if your computer continues to be ok.

Are you saying it is or asking? Because, as I indicated, I wasn't finding anything on it, which is why I suggested removing. :)
my 2 cents
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/lofiversion/index.php/t31090.html
wasn't cleaned on any of the hjt logs i saw and i did note on older hjt lots it shows up as
Quote(Personal System Administrator Control) - http://www.linksysfix.com/netcheck/24/install/gtdownls.cab
so think it is ok
so the big question

Just my 2 cents worth... :2cents: if you dont use it then its safe to delete ..
numbnuts..
I'm curious. Any chance you visited an AOL website? It isn't necessary to be using AOL as your ISP. See Sandi Hardmeier's reports:

Actually I'm not sure what site it came from, my brother used the computer last before I got the spyware. And AOL isn't my ISP...
How is your computer now? Are you still having issues?
