Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm me thinks that we should send them an E-Mail advising then to scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe) and then run HijackThis (http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/downloads/HJTsetup.exe) and post the log files from both  :laughing:
