For those of you running a Lenovo system with Vista SP2, and getting "An error occurred while gathering user information" when you attempt to update your system via the ThinkVantage System update ... Lenovo has released the patch to make it work again: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-72758
