As you know, someone else had a similar problem but a different ISP and location.
Yes, I do recall - NetShell IP release would seem to have fixed my Connectivity issue to here.

I was asked to pass along regards (well, actually, "Saludos") from silijaline, as whatever fix that worked for him to get here was short-lived. He'll be back, trust in that, just don't know when. (Darn ISPs!)
