On the drop-down favorites bar list, I have 10 "Favorites Bar" listings. Only 7 appear on the horizontal bar. In particular, I would like weather.com on the bar, but when I drag the icon it just won't "stick."

I figured it out! The titles on the favorites bar were so long that the bar was not accommodating the additional faves. I shortened the titles, now all the faves are there.
