No, it would not be a good idea to do that as you will likely run into conflicts. In fact, if you have ESET Smart Security installed, MSE will not install until you uninstall ESET and vice versa. Thus, you have a choice between ESET Smart Security or MSE and Windows 7 Firewall. A third combination would be to purchase a license for ESET NOD32 and use the Windows 7 Firewall.
