Adding a link to the IEBlog:  Microsoft Edge is the browser for Windows 10 (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ie/archive/2015/04/29/microsoft-edge-is-the-browser-for-windows-10.aspx).

With the start of the Build conference, there was more than the announced name for the browser today.  A summary of some of the information presented:  Welcoming Developers to Windows 10 (http://blogs.windows.com/bloggingwindows/2015/04/29/welcoming-developers-to-windows-10/).

The recordings will be available 24-48 hours after each session concludes at http://www.buildwindows.com/.

You can tell by how plain the text, toolbars, and icons are that it clearly is meant for handhelds. :( Even the Windows 10 and the 4 pane window are in plain white with a solid blue background.
