A woman traveling around New Zealand came home to find a bill from her wireless service provider totaling nearly $400 for the month of August, but she hadn’t used her service very much while traveling. I've gotten two update packages AFTER the monthly update Tuesday ones.

Would defering feature updates slow this down at all?
