Hi,
I'm a longtime user of WinPatrol and have communicated with Bill and Technical Support when I've had problems. I was surprised to discover these forums, so I thought I'd try this way this time. I hope someone can help me.
The problem is that after restarting my Windows 10 laptop tonight, I got an alert:
"WinPatrol ALERT: New or Changed Program - Startup Program"
I was given two options: "Accept Change" and "Reject Change". It didn't matter which one I clicked; it just popped up again, and again, and again, and looks like it will continue forever, no matter how many times I click.
The program I'm being alerted about tonight is Logitech Download Assistant. However, I have had this problem in the past with other programs. Unfortunately, I don't remember what I did to resolve the problem at those times. Can anyone help? I had to exit WinPatrol to be able to get any work done.

From memory there should be box you can tick to stop this. It appears in the bottom left hand corner of the WP message. However I may be wrong. Anyone else with the solution???

Thanks for the replies. I appreciate the pointer to the Help. I did remember reading this in the past, but the format of Help makes it really difficult to search.
Unfortunately, it suggests disabling the program, but believe it or not, it's already disabled! And it's not running. And still never-ending popups.
And Pierre, no, there is no checkbox.
