KB3194496 was released to non-insiders, bringing Windows 10 Anniversary Update to 14393.222. There are no new features, but it includes some quality improvements/fixes.

New Windows 10 cumulative updates just released ... KB3192440 (for RTM), KB3192441 (for 1511) and KB3194798 (for 1607/Anniversary Update)
There are more quality improvements (no new features), and Windows 10 1607/AU is now build 14393.321
Isn't this actually part of the monthly security update? From Microsoft Security Bulletin Summary for October 2016 (https://technet.microsoft.com/library/security/ms16-oct?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396) MS16-118, MS16-119, MS16-120 and MS16-122 identified as Critical and MS16-123 as Important for Windows 10.
